About Us

United Way is working to advance the common good by focusing on three key areas: health, education and income stability . . .

These are the building blocks for a good life. A quality education that leads to a stable job, enough income to support a family through retirement, and remain in good health.

We serve three main functions: 1) to hold fundraising campaigns that raise funds for health and human services organizations in Santa Rosa County 2) to provide referrals to people in need in Santa Rosa County in order to inform and connect then to vital services in our county through our First Call for Help Hotline 3) from time to time, our United Way office receives grant funding from various sources to provide direct services that fill help community needs.

Our goal is to create long-lasting changes that help eliminate existing problems in Santa Rosa and work to prevent problems from happening in the first place. Through our programs, fundraising efforts, and partnerships with local agencies and businesses, we create opportunities for success.
